5. Service Availability

QSI strives for high availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Scheduled maintenance, upgrades, or unforeseen technical issues may result in temporary service disruptions.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under Indian law, QSI shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service.

7. Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify and hold QSI harmless from claims, losses, or damages arising from: • Misuse of services • Violation of these Terms • Breach of applicable laws

8. Termination

QSI reserves the right to suspend or terminate access if: • These Terms are violated • Legal or regulatory compliance requires such action Upon termination, access to services will cease, subject to contractual obligations.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Courts located in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
