1. Nature of Services

QSI provides Business Processing Automation solutions, including:

• Workflow automation
• Data processing and system integration
• Digital operations optimization
• Automation platforms, dashboards, and APIs

Services are provided on a contractual and configurable basis depending on client requirements.

2. User Responsibilities

Users agree to provide accurate information and maintain the confidentiality of login credentials. Users must not misuse QSI services for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activities.

3. Intellectual Property

All content, software, automation logic, workflows, and trademarks are the exclusive intellectual property of QSI. Unauthorized copying, reverse engineering, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

4. Confidentiality

Both QSI and the user agree to maintain strict confidentiality of: • Business data • Automation logic and workflows • Proprietary and non-public information Confidentiality obligations survive termination of services.

5. Service Availability

QSI strives for high availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Scheduled maintenance, upgrades, or unforeseen technical issues may result in temporary service disruptions.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under Indian law, QSI shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service.

7. Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify and hold QSI harmless from claims, losses, or damages arising from: • Misuse of services • Violation of these Terms • Breach of applicable laws

8. Termination

QSI reserves the right to suspend or terminate access if: • These Terms are violated • Legal or regulatory compliance requires such action Upon termination, access to services will cease, subject to contractual obligations.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Courts located in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

10. Amendments

QSI may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of revised Terms. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or website notifications.
